Sky gives customers 153 broadband discounts, but this package is surprising

The battle to deliver fast Wi-Fi for the best possible price is back, but this time it’s a competition between two deals on the same provider. As Sky beats the relaunch of its 100Mbps bundle by slashing the price much cheaper to 145Mbps.

Sky’s 100Mbps package has been brought back for users who don’t need the fastest speeds possible. At £38 a month, the 18-month contract is now far more expensive than the brilliant Full Fiber option, even if the speeds don’t match.

That’s all because the plan has been reduced to £29.50, which not only gives shoppers a huge saving of £153, but is £8.50 less than the price of the slower (monthly) bundle. And there are no hidden fees either.

Sky has reduced the cost of a typical installation to £0, so no matter which package you end up choosing you’ll be shelling out more coin to install it in your home. Another big advantage is that the contract runs for the entire duration of the contract, i.e. 18 months, so users won’t have to worry about paying the usual £38 at the end of their contract.

Once the £29.50 18-month contract is up, you can simply leave for free, or continue paying full price, the choice is yours. If you’re interested in the faster 145Mbps deal, the existing Sky Stream, Netflix and Superfast Broadband bundle has been reduced to just £13 for the first month before rising to its regular price of £39, though still a £26 winner Is.

Also on the list of broadband deals as we speak is EE, which has just launched three months absolutely free on its 500 or gigabit fiber broadband. Virgin Media customers can also save some bucks as the provider slashes its introductory prices to just £15 for the first six months.
